This is a recording of the talk I gave at Lean & Kanban Benelux 2011 in Antwerp: „A team and their contracts with partners in the stream“. Maarten Volders has published it on Vimeo.
The talk was about how teams can become aware of their own skills and expose their behaviour as a set of scenarios in BDD (behaviour driven development) style, in order to build trust with the other partners in the value stream. A great way to find out how you want to collaborate with others!
